Between 1999 and 2001, I drew up dozens of comics regarding some series I tried to get published in newspapers. Neither series ever got around to flying, and I eventually found some newer interests. It's probably for the best since nobody reads newspapers anymore anyway. But I still like to keep these around regardless. In spite of their outdated 90's humor, these comics are still my roots.
The Hamster Cage
My oldest running comic strip series follows the adventures of four household rodents, Marty, Milly, Buzz, and local legend, Lazlo himself, as they all try to deal with life's problems in each their own unique ways.
Director's Cut
"Director's Cut" was a one-panel cartoon series in the style of "The Far Side" spoofing movie cliches, dialogue, and characters. In retrospect, I think I could've invented "Robot Chicken" with these.
